  1. Email received today, from lloyds TSB online banking stating that the CSR dept has advised them that they wrote to me yesterday. HMMM, I assume that would be the initial rejection letter. so we will see, Just waiting for payday before i start my legal proceedings. will advise if its not a standard refusal letter.. As always, Thanks:) J
  2. I have sent the Rejection letter (type 4) off today. The letter from Cap1 comes from an Ellie Renshaw, Executive Office Manager. It states that they have provided a refund of fees of £236. as a matter of goodwill. Nowhere in the letter does it state this is in full & final settlement. so rejection letter sent, see how long they take to respond to this letter..Given that it took them just a week or so to make the initial refund. Jon

  5. Just in case the recorded delivery letter doesn't show up on the track&trace, I emailed Lloyds TSB thru their online "contact us" email. Here is their response... " Dear Plaistow, Thank you for your e-mail requesting a refund of the charges applied to your account. I'm sorry for the upset this has caused you. I've forwarded your e-mail on to our Service Recovery Centre where a member of staff there will be best placed to address this matter. This department will be in contact with you within the next 28 days. If there's anything else we can help you with, please let us know. Many Thanks, Asma Zaynah Muhammad Email Support Lloyds TSB" ENDS I shall still stick to my original timeframe of 14 days from the 21st - When I expected the LBA to have been delivered..
  6. Hi Kim I too sent my LBA (on the 18th) Royal Mail T&T shows it as not being delivered or trackable. I 'phoned RM and they stated that if it has not been delivered, it will be returned to me within 15 days! Kim, where did you send yours to? I sent mine to Gresham St. Perhaps they are now refusing to receive the LBA's if so, I guess i have to hand it in at my local branch. J
