  1. I do indeed. He gave us a all a big report with a complete breakdown, photo's including. I even have a photo of the rougue 'bin' that cost him 40GBP to remove from the premises.
  2. Hi, About three years ago, I lived in a student house with 7 other people. We paid 350GBP per person deposit on moving in. On moving out, the landlord did a very detailed inspection, and gave us a list of deductions from our deposit. We had two fridges, both of which were a little messy but not unreasonable. The landlord decided the fridges had to be cleaned, and charged us an admisistration fee of 40GBP per fridge. Similarly, a bin was left in the kitchen which was not part of his 'furniture' when we moved in. Again a 40GBP admin fee. Similarly, 40GBP admin fee for not replacing a light bulb. Do i have any chance of getting this back, especially as it was over three years ago. In in all about 800GBP was taken from our deposit for these tedious things.\ Thanks in advance andrew
  3. Hi, I currently have a halifax current account with an balance of approx. 900GBP overdrawn. I have not been depositing the minimum 1000 GBP minimum income which is required for the current account-mainly because ive been abroad. They havent contacted me about the fact i've havent been making these deposits and i've been making the interest payments each month no problem. My question is, if I claim the 300GBP that ive incurred in overlimit charges in the last few minutes, would they likely close my account and ask for the remainder of the overdraft money i owe them as i have not been making the minimum payment to current account plan?? Thanks Andrew
