Thanks for the reply. Problem is I dont know how much my charges are as they havent sent me my statments. I really dont know what to do.

I sent a letter to Lloyds TSB regarding account charges and asked for my statements. Rather than sending me the statements they sent me a letter saying they are putting £750 into my account and that is their final response. If I wish to continue to persue this matter I need to take it up with the Financial Ombudsman Service, do I allow this money to be put into my account and continue to persue it or do I take the money and run?
