Hi all sorry to bother you but I am after some advice. Myself and the wife both held accounts with littlewoods however these have now been passed to NDR how are harrassing us with 10+ callls per day. The accounts have been open for 3+ years but were opened online Therefore would I be able go down the CCA route or is this not an option for us ? Any help would be greatly apprieciated Thanks in advance Milan

Ok so this is how it goes Went to court first thing monday morning to request judgement only to find out halifax have filed a defence ......gutted. However wake up this morning to find a letter saying that it would cost them more to defend my claim so they are paying out every penny plus interest and court charges over £900s come on .... holiday in the sun is required!!!! Thanks to you all for your help and support and remember to keep on fighting you will win!!!! I thought about quitting many times but now all the hard work has been worth it. Thanks again and enjoy yourseves you only live once!!!!!!!

Hi Sent of SAR to barclays and after about 3 months of waiting they have sent me about 100 pages of numbers that doesnt even make sense been into barclay and not even they can make head nor tail out of it, any ideas what i should do next??? Thanks in advance
