  1. Hi there, Hope someone can help, I have heard back from the court and they have issued a stay till August 1st for this case against Lloyds TSB. Trying to find the relevant paperwork to down load to have this lifted. I am getting in a bit of a panic as they have given us 7 days from the recipt of our letter. Which means I have to send it on Monday, and it doesn't help when BT have an external fault on our phone line and we have no internet access for 48 hrs. Brilliant!! Anyway thankfully as of this am we are up and running! Getting back to the question in hand is there anyone that can help! Many thanks to all
  2. Thanks Pondy, I thought it looked that way, but you never know. Now I will go back tro my sources and tell them.
  3. Hi there, Just been told by 2 people that after June the banks are putting a seal on paying out. Basically they are not paying out anymore. Can someone tell me is this true or a load of hogwash? How can they say they are not paying out. I have research this and can't find any information about this anywhere, but I thought I better be sure and ask you guys in case I'm wrong! Thanks again for this wonderful site, I definately will be donating when I win! I hope Waiting for a court date any day! :?
  4. Hello again, I have submitted the AQ with all the relevant extra paperwork according to the website. I spoke to the courts today and they said that Lloyds had not responded within their 7 day window. So I should be hearing soon from them. Please could you tell me how long it is now till I get a date? They did say that that usually do apply a stay now so I have been reading up ready for this. When giving a court date for a small claims track how far in advance are we looking?:-|
  5. Hello again, I contacted the courts today and they said that it should be any day now that I should hear from them. I completed the AQ with the additional paperwork according to the website. Apparantly the bank have not responded to the court. They had 7 days to do this. The court said that they will be sending the paperwork out to me. Can someone tell me how long it is from here on please ?
  6. I have sent off my AQ with a draft of directions and the added bit I found on the site!! I am unsure about what the copies of decided cases & other legal materials to be relied upon?? Thanks:???: :???:
  7. Hi there, many thanks to Gary H for telling me how to get this thread set up, I am taking LLoyds TSB to court, my husband's account but I am afraid he has let me happily do all the work. Filled the AQ in successfully and added the draft of directions and the extra details. Huge thanks to this website they have been a god send! I am just a bit puzzled now what I have to send to the courts as far as documents are concerned. I hope it does not get that far, but I like to be prepared as I gave the bank 14 days, I better be ready. I know I have to send all the statements and evidence of charges and the statement of evidence but what on earth is this last one? copies of decided cases & other legal materials to be relied upon. I went into the bundle for court but I am none the wiser, any help? thanks sally:???: :???:
