hi guys,new to this group but find it very interesting,i have had some horrendos charges in the past over £400 since dec just gone!! but what i want to know is if this has happened to anyone else or if it is legal,i have 2 accounts with rbs one for general day to day banking and one which only my mortgage comes out of in last couple weeks i missed aloan payment on my day to day account on looking at my other account i see that they have taken payment for the loan from my mortgage account without any permission or even a call or letter to say they are doing it can this be done? cheers for any feedback
