After reading as much as I can, am going to go ahead and start my claim...my question is, I have most of my bank statements already, except a couple of pages, should I skip the S.A.R - (Subject Access Request) letter and go straight to sending my first letter requesting the charges to be refunded(together with my schedule of charges), or should I send the SAR letter first? Thanks everyone.

Hi everyone. Am new to the forum and have been reading as much as I can, but it all seems so daunting:( Decided to try and do something about the RBoS charges after they informed me today that I'm getting charged £58 for going over my overdraft for 1 day...was SO mad:-x... How can they justify that?! Spoke to someone on the phone at my branch and have requested bank statements(found this site after phonecall). I have most of my bank statements already and have worked out I've been charged over £750 in the last 4 years... I'm just a little nervous of kicking this off...but I suppose that's what these organisations..er..bank on(if you pardon the pun!) Any encouragement greatly received.....
