Nationwide confirms to Court they are going to defend my claim

Hi I had the same experience. They acknowledged my claim against them with the Court and then unexpectedly about a week later they credited my account with £4600 ( my claim plus court costs and court applied interest)! Got a letter from them acknowledging this and stating that if I claimed against them again they would cancel my account. -
Me too. Just had notification from the Court today. Same solicitor quoted. I am going to wait it out to see what happens. Good luck

Hi Just had confirmation from the County Court that Nationwide Building Society has acknowledged my claim and confirmed that they have instructed solicitors and are going to defend themselves against my claim. Has anyone else had their claim go this far and what was the outcome? Not sure now if it is worth continuing???
