Hi, I'm no expert, but I would send the same letter again accompanied with £10 asking for past statements (assuming that is why you are sending the money) and see how they respond. Whatever they say, stay strong and don't give up! Hope it goes well for you. Regards:)

Hi I have been claiming unfair bank charges with moneyclaimonline for the past month or so after not getting anywhere with my bank (lloyds) since January. I logged in today at moneyclaimonline and this is what it says: You are unable to take any further action online on this claim. "The Defendant disputes the whole amount you have claimed. Your claim cannot proceed online and will be transferred to the appropriate court for continuation. You will receive confirmation to where the claim has been transferred to shortly." What does this actually mean and what does it mean as far as my claim is concerned. Have I lost all chances of winning now? It seems to be dragging on a bit now. Is this unusual. Are they tightening their grip on the situation of claiming back charges? Pleease help. Regards,
