talking to the guys at wotk last night and there was another 2 thhat had similar problems with the afore mentioned companies.

i got a letter today URGENT FINAL DEMAND from DML acting on behalf of Aktiv KApital demanding £117.18. So i called them the information they hold looks as if it's me but the debt is from a loan which i cannot remember from the early 90's. i have had no corrispondence from them or anyone else and as far as i'm concerned i cleared all my bill when i moved from that address. during the call today i said i did not recall the loan and asked for proof before i gave someone that sort of money. Am i correct in thinking that it's now barred because it's over 6 years old and what should i do now? Any help will be greatly appreciated. thanks:-?
