Hi there Kittenx, you'll have to forgive me for my ignorance, but I've only started looking into claiming back penalty charges from creditors today and I'm a little overwhelmed by all of the information. I was wondering, the late payment charges that have been levied against you by La Redoute - can you claim it all back or just the amount considered unreasonable by the OFT? And am I right in thinking that the 'reasonable' amount is £12?? Any advice or help that you can give me on this would be most appreciated.
