I have just received (at a cost of 10.00) our past 5 years bank statements.We have had 15.600 (fifteen thousand six hundred pounds) of bank charges.We are now finally clear of all debts due to my husbands retirement,and him receiving a lump sum.I constantly contacted our bank and requested help but to no avail.What or where can we go for help on obtaining some our charges back? It would make a huge difference to our lives. Many thanks to anyone who advises. We do not feel confident enough to persue this ourselves.
