I have had a successful claim against RBOS for the last 6 years, can i go back again and ask for pre six years?

I have been having problems getting statements and details from Rbos. have finally got hold of an excellent contact. A guy whos involved in the dept dealing with claims

Im so impressed with this site, ive read lots and this is without doubt the best.

I have a few claims ongoing.

First Direct who responded straight away with a letter saying I will hear from them within 10 days (8 days gone)

RBos, this was re a closed joint account. I have written requesting statements, sent 4 emails , had responses from them saying statements are being sent, then rang as it was 3 weeks , ansaphone and when I got throught the left hand didnt seem to know what the right was doing. I finally got a name from your site (Tommy McClean) and has a phone call to say statements we on the way in the next few days (another week goes by) I emailed tommy Mcclean yesterday who apologised and said he personally would get the statements and send to me. I will let you know as and when get them.

Im also claiming from MBNA ref my credit card. sent the first letter re default charges 2 weeks ago, as of yet no response.. what do I do now?

I am claiming ref charges from alliance and Leicester for moving mortgage 2 years ago (read this in the sunday mail) and RBOS for ending my mortgage last year.
