  2. Hi everyone I was having a good look last night onnthe Lloyds forums. I'll be honest I am a bit worried now. It seems that altough Lloyds defence has been struck out, they can still seek a stay or even look to turn around the order. What is my best route to take now;- Do I simply sit and wait and hope for payout ? Do I start a judgement against them and if so how ? I know I may sound a bit dim, but there seems to be so many different routes this can go. What is the best time frame to do this. As I mentioned early in the post, the strike out was ordered on the 11th October. Cheers and beers Matty26276

Upon the defendant failing to file a defence as stated in paragraph 5 of the order dated 06 June 2007 IT IS ORDERED THAT The defence is struck out in accordance with paragraph 6 of the above order. Dated 11 October 2007 Next course of action anyone ? Cheers and beers Matty26276

  7. I would have got there with the slang, honest Shall I basically send the same stuff again ?
  8. I filed at Money claim on line, that then went through to my local county court. Then filed the AQ along with schedule of charges and particulars of claim. This was a couple of months ago. I then received this letter asking to file again, should I send the same info again or word it differently ?
  9. I included my schedule of charges, sorry what are POC's (bit slow today). I have submitted all this before when the original allocation questionnaire was sent to me back in March. With the delay at the county court, I have been requested to send it again.
  10. Hi, new to this posting business. I have been reading and following this site since last November, great stuff with really useful tips, thank you. Any way, just after some pointers really. My case with Lloyds has gone before the Distrcit Judge at Wellingborough County Court. I have to reply back, and I am seeking advice on how to word the letter back etc. I have copied down the following that was sent to me:- It is ordered that: 1. The claim is allocated to the small Claims Track. 2. the Claimant shall by 01 august 2007 file and serve on the defendant a schedule setting out each charge of which the Claimant claims repayment, together with an explanation of the basis on which the Claimant claims repayment. That is basically the crux of it for me, just have to reply within 3 weeks deadline. I have all the breakdown of charges etc, can anyone please help with the wording of the claim, just dont want to get it wrong with the Judge. Thanks in advance Matty :-|
