Just a note to introduce myself, it's nice to know that I'm not the only one who pulls their hair out in frustration when it comes to prohibitive bank charges! I've been self-employed for a number of years, which means that my pay pattern is somewhat irregular compared to those in employment and have suffered several penalties as a result of the banks inflexability, even if they see there's money waiting to clear they still charge you at every opportunity, which only compounds the situation. I'm glad to have learnt about this site to guide me through the re-claiming process.
