Hi all, I am currently disputing a default from a current account overdraft. However in the meantime, "my debt" has been sold to a DCA and the default marked satisfied under a partial settlement special instructor. Regardless of the dispute outcome, if there is a deed of assignation (and even if there is not) can a DCA default the debt under a separate entry? Basically is it possible for the same debt to appear twice on a credit report as a default. Thanks, OSL
