  2. Hi there, I wondered if anyone could let me know what they wrote in the "Particulars of Claim" section on the Moneyclaim website. I have tried for the past hour to fit the template into the tiny box on the website & i am worried that i will miss something out if i continue to edit it down. I am not claiming for interest from Nationwide as I see myself partly to blame for having insufficient funds in my account at the time of direct debits, however I would just like the charges of £884.94 back from them. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Regards, Lee
  3. Many thanks, I'll get started now.
  4. Hi guys, Just a quick question. I am about to put forward a claim for around £800 as Nationwide have basically said i I have no chance of getting any money back from them. The problem is I have recently had a couple more charges added to the list. Can I just add these to the total they owe me or do I need to send another letter to Nationwide asking for these charges to be refunded before I can go ahead with the court proceedings? Also does it go against me that I don't currently have a wage coming in at the moment. My account is also -£750 because of these charges. Many Thanks

  7. Hi guys, I sent my LBA letter back to Nationwide on the 25th April directly into their letter box. I have just come back from holiday & haven't heard anything since. What is my next step?
  8. I sent my 1st letter asking for £800 in charges to be returned to me with 14 days on Tuesday 18th April. Today i had a letter from them saying "Thankyou for your recent letter about charges incurred on your FlexAccount. Charges are made in accorance with the terms & conditions etc etc" It then goes on to say " I hope that this has helped to clarify our position & you will appreciate why I am unable to refund any charges to your account". What is my next step for getting my money back? Do I need to wait until the 14 days are up? Also are the 14 days working days or just two weeks? Any help would begreatly appreciated. POST MOVED. PLS STAY ON YOUR THREAD, IT WILL HELP EVERYONE, INCLUDING YOURSELF.
  9. Thanks for that. I will do it now. Regards, Lee
