**WON** Laurajayne v Lloyds...didn't require court!
Horse26 replied to laurajayne's topic in LloydsTsb Successes
Hello LauraJayne I have a list of my charges and have just called the FOM and they are going to write on my behalf to lodge a compliant. They asked for my details and account no. Did you also send a separate letter to reclaim the charges or left it to the FOM. They said that LLoyds should now contact and deal with me directly (with 8 wks) does this sound right to you? Thanks! -

Hi - I have a graduate account with HSBC which was formally a student account. As I paid my way through university I was always within my overdraft adn never in credit. I have read a lot of posts and documentation and I am confused about a few things. My graduate loan includes a current account and a credit card. Can I claim charges back on both? I am very confused about the whole calculating interest - as I was always in debt in my overdraft are the interest charges valid? A couple of months ago they reduced my overdraft ( I was still able to keep it at 1500 but anything over 1000 would inccur charges) so I have been charged £100 plus for a couple of months - can I reclaim this? Thanks in advance for any info anyone can offer me!
