Today I recieved a letter from Intrum Justitia requesting payment of £47.97 on behalf of AOL. Is it possible for me to request a CCA with AOL ? Who do I get one off? Do I have to write to AOL and Intrum Justitia? I need an idiot's guide sorry!

Could I just claim for the 8% instead?

I'm just about to start my claim with MCOL as cap one haven't replied. As I'm claiming for compound contractual interest - how would I go about putting this in the particulars of claim?

the 14 days had passed yesterday. How should I word the particulars of claims section? Which address should I put down for cap one?

Today I received a letter from Capital One dated 22nd Feb stating" we think these fees are fair etc but as good will we will reduce fees to £12.00 each and refund this to your account now and this will show in your March 2007 statement." What should I do now? My next course of action should have been to go on MCOL, but, this has thrown a spanner in the works. Should I send cap one a letter or should I continue with MCOL, if so, how should I word the particulars of claim, considering that they're refunding part of the charges? Hi Ghost_monkey, I recieved that letter today. I'm a bit confused though, as it was in reply to my LBA, should I start my claim against them with mcol? or should I send them another letter? Could someone clarify this for me: I'm sending off an LBA, should I update the summary of charges to include today's date, or can I only claim interest from my original claim date (26th Jan)?

Cap one now have until tomorrow before I send off my LBA. I'm a bit worried though, did I send my intital letter to the correct address? Executive Office Capital One PO Box 5281 Nottingham NG2 3HX Is the address I used. Should I have recieved a response from them by now? In the LBA letter should I update the compound contractual interest as 2 weeks have passed, or can I only claim the compound contractual interest from the intial claim date?

Hi guys and girls. I've receiced my statements from capital one. Could some kind, knowledgable person, please, please clarify the next step I should take. I assume I should send off the credit card intial approach letter (is that correct)? In regards to interest, there seems to be a lot of confusion on the type to charge/ at what point you can charge it? does anyone have the answer? which interst should I charge capital one, and at which point?
