is there anything they can do to me if i say im not reachable by telephone? and on the records of o2 it shows that exact ammount of which i stated (the £450 rounded up) also if i say to them i have been on this website and say to them there are people in the same cicumstances as me and are paying less then me would they accept that? or should i ask to speak to a supervisor on the phone or just write to them in letter? as origanally stated?

basically i owe o2 money from 1 year ago....however i moved house with parents and told them ii was unemployed and they left me alone untill now...i got a letter of the wescot credit services for £450 for the 2nd of febuary when i am still unemployed.. i have been told i could make them a offer of anything i say however they was saying to me on the phone just then they cant accept nothing below £20 every two weeks is there anything i could do about it? plz help thx
