Hi Cala, Im in a similar position, I reckon i would be roughly the same but like you I dont know or read anybody with that amount who has won. Im currently awaiting amy 5 years of statements (In Scotland you can only claim back 5 years). Please keep me posted what you done and if you won. Thanks Alison

Hi to everybody, joined your site this morning(fab info) to read about the bank charges, I started mine today with the letter template from the BBC website. First of all I phoned the A & L to get back 5 years of my statements and the girl on the other end of the phone said (in an evil tone) its five pound per statement per month what would I be wanting that for, I would have to write a letter in and also stating why. I cant afford that amount so then I downloaded the template from the BBC to get my statements through the DPA way for ten pound, so that is were im at just now, I reckon Im due alot as I can never get on my feet with big triple charges every week. I would appreciate any advice or support, I am with the Alliance and Leicester.
