firstly many thanks to the site for getting the ball rolling with my bank. i sent off my letter to the bank and got all my bank statements from them - all 486 pages of them, but i am now stuck at the next stage i have done the simple spread sheet but i need to know if what i have done is correct, all the date charges etc etc are correct but would like to know what i can claim back off it and what the next stage is. http://www.fkem.co.uk/darrens/claim.xlr many thanks in advance g
