Do i need to list it as part settlement on my N1? how do you mean only do daily interest from charges after £750 worth?
-
Hello I recently had a full refund from lloyds and at the same time was claiming back for my partner. He has received £750 paid into his account with no further correspondence so i wrote them a letter saying thanks for that but im continuing to court (not in those words) and justneed advise for my N1. When i list what i am claiming do i also put there less the £750 part settlement or do i pretend i havnt had anything and that lloyds will just refund the difference?

they have settled in full into my account, but on the same day issued a defence!!!!!

Notice of Issue - Am i to do anything with this or just keep it safe, on the back it says i am to informt he courts as soon as i received any payment before a hearing - So i assume i am to call the courts when i receive the £750 and advise them or am i to ignore it and pretend i never got it until i get all the money.

So if and when they give me all my money back (as on my claim) i should be asking for all less the £750 - providing they leave it in my bank. Do i have to offer them to take it back should they wish?? or can i keep that and say i will continue with my court claim for the rest and costs.

My court cheque has cleared now and i still have no mopney transferred into my aco****, if i write them a letter, have they ever taken the offer money back out of the account? also do i need to do a new claim form?
-
HEllo, so i didnt receive a response by 14 days and then sent my claim and £120 court fees off. I have today received a letter stating that £750 will be paid into my account in the next few days. Anyone have any advise on what i do next as firstly my court fee cheque has not cleared yet but after i take the £750, i will only be claiming approx £400 more and that means that i will have overpaid on my court claim costs. Also do i need to ring the court and advise that i have received a part settlement so my claim is now reduced. I do not have a reference number yet as i have had no response from the court.

What is the average time it will take for the courts to respodnd now i sent my claim off?
-
ok thanks and will do
-
Havnt filled out the N1 for his account yet but will do when the fees are ready
-
Yes i started them both seperately at the same time, i am sending off my claim today with my fee, but was thinking about leaving his until we have the fees. i just didnt want to leave it too long afteri gave them 14 days then not actually do anything for a bit after.
