Hi to everyone on the forum, Finally i've plucked up the courage to get in contact with the RBS for the ridiculous charges that have been taken from my account over the years. Been reading all the success stories on the forum and I feel that i'm now ready to let the battle commence! looking forward to my reward at the end as well, being a student nurse in my final year the money will come in handy. Got a question though, will I claim against my credit card company at the same time or will I wait until my claim with RBS is finalised?
