Thank you very much for your help, having thought they were going to take it all the way to the death, I have just received an offer letter for the full amount, though not admitting they're in the wrong, obviously, but who cares!!! Yet another win for the consumer action group!!!

Hi this is my first post!! I'm currently re claiming bank charges from the NatWest, for £2900, I have had to take them to court as they didn't acknowledge any of my previous letters. They are denying the whole of my claim, is this usual, or just another tactic???
