I am just starting down the road to reclaiming, i just thought i would tell everyone that i rang the bank today and asked for seven years of statements!!!! i was asked why, to which i said, i needed to present a financial record for a divorce case! Sure no problem he said that will be £5 .....result? i will get it all in 5-7 days. Sure it will take a little time sifting through it but it will give me something to do!!! Does anyone know if my claim goes over £6000 that they will cough before court??? and should i stick to five years charges or go for six years???

Just like to say hello to you all out there, we all have one thing in common i think, BANKS RIPPING US OFF!!!!! I think this site is a Godsend, i hope it help others as well as me. Its all a bit confusing regarding taking action, but as suggested i will read FAQs till i recite them in my sleep...lol My gripe with Barclays is that although i have an overdraft, why do they let you go over that limit til they have got their 3xreferral fees = £ 25 per transaction for going over the limit, for me on a tight budget this drops me alot of dosh consistantly every month, i just cannot seem to break the cycle. £ 25 for going £ 1.50 over it don't cost them anything. Can i claim these joke fees back????? Anyone please tell me????
