hi all again, getting a bit closer now, court case is this week!! still no reply from the thieving scoundrels and just wondered if anyone has been this close to going to court before........?

Hi all, i am 2 weeks away from the court case againt rbs - they had offered me right at the beginning approx 25% of what i'm owed and after i sent the allocation questionnaire they offered me 50% of what i'm owed. I replied to them saying i wanted the whole lot back and that was last week and i have heard nothing since. The court case is in two weeks.......my question is : Does anyone know what information i need to provide to the court before the case takes place? Has anyone been this far yet? any help will be greatly appreciated. ash
