No the fee on money claim is £250.00

Hi i have followed timescales exactly,and have had offer of less than half which i refused. the origanal claim was for well over £10,000 with intrest now im droping yr 2000 my claim drops about £3000 but it is still over ten grand

Hi im starting my claim online court hopefully tomorrow. Up untill this point i have been asking for the year 2000 in my letters to bank but have decided to drope year 2000 which brings the amount down by £3000. Can i just go ahead and file at court or do i need to send letter to bank telling them about this first.

Hi on friday i will file at court wondering which would be best. My local county court or money claim online thought that if i went to my local court it wouldnt be as easy for them as online if you know what i mean.

Its cost me 13k for seven yrs but fingers crossed i might get it back with intrest.

HI it a laugh every were i read that it will be the end of free banking. But what they should say is that it will be the end of free banking for the rich as the poor have never had free banking.

hi i have just sent my last letter to halifax before i file at court so they have severn days . they have made two offers witch i have turn down

Hi i was told if it does to court i would not be able to claim for the yr 2000 and i can only claim intrest if it goes to court. So i thought it might get them to settle faster.

Hi i started my claim last year december i sent my first letter off to my local branch requesting they pay me nearly £13,000.00 this includes the year 2000 gote letter back of bank manager saying he has past it on to his customer relations dep. I had letter of them this week offering just under £5,000.00. So the next day i rang them saying that it was not good innuff she put me on hold and came back and said the highest they can go is just over £6,600 i turned it down i dont know if i have done the right thing . Sent last letter off yesterday by recorded delivery asking for my money with intrest whitch takes it up to around £16,000.00 but i would settle for £12,000.00 i have cheqed royal mail web site today they have received letter today . Fingers crossed.
