  2. A pint it is It definitely feels GOOD! So good infact I'm sending my SAR off to barclaycard tommorow now I know how easy it is. It's basically a waiting game. Thanks Luddolube for the help along the way!
  3. Is there a template letter for sending to the court?

  5. I WON, I WON, I WON. £2411.00 (they tried to rob me of my court fee, but not after a quick phonecall) £2511.00 in my bank account tommorow!

  8. That's reassuring Luddolube, thanks.
  9. Thanks Michael. 2 weeks to go, can't wait
  10. That's great Luddolube, thanks for your help. Can anyone shed any light on this little bit for me, the third section called 'statements', I take it that I should photocopy and include them here but all of them? Or just the ones which have the charges on?
  11. no probs, check back in the morning, thanks for your time.
  12. Thanks Luddolube, any advice on my court bundle as above?
  13. Any opinions on the above? Also, if and when they're ready to settle can I specify how and which account/bank the payment is made too?
  14. Just going through my court bundle and wondered if someone would take a look over my first page, I've added a couple of bits to it and would welcome any criticism. The two added bits are printouts from the links given in the bundle, i.e. the early day motion and the OFT's action on credit card default charges. The last bit is where I've added printouts of the mail news articles. This is what it looks like http://img248.imageshack.us/img248/3503/10918453ib2.jpg
  15. Yes, the date is for the 27th February (much sooner than I was thinking). So I basically send them my court bundle no later than 14 days before the hearing, they've cut it fine imo, good job I had it ready thanks to this site.
  16. Sorry to be a pain, is it worth ringing barclays and asking if they're ready to settle?
  17. Oh and one more thing, I take it a hearing is entirely different to 'my day in court' i.e. an actual court date?
  18. Thanks msawouldlikejustice, sorry it's took so long to respond, been in hospital with hypothermia believe it or not. All better now though. I got my 'Notice of Allocation to the small claims track (hearing) this morning. With that in mind is now the time I send them my court bundle?
  19. Anyone willing to lend a guess?
  20. How long does it usually take from handing in the AQ to hear anything from the courts? Anyone got a rough guestimate?
  21. Thanks bennyowen, I'll leave it then. Mrgreengenes, that's an excellent thread and website. Thankyou.
  22. I sent it with the 8% included, although the schedule of charges shows both, hope that's right! ???
  23. Anyone? I was thinking that this has possibly been done before but maybe I'm wrong, I haven't come across it yet.
