Thanks Lula, I've had a look round the site and I'm still none the wiser where to start!! Do I go to Abbey direct for my statements and can they charge me for them? I really want to get this started but feel out of my depths! Does it take long? Thanks :?

Hi, I've had charges from Abbey in the past and as I type, they're charging me £160 today for 4 payments, all under £20 plus an unauthorised overdraft fee on top!! I would like some help and support in where to get started as I can't seem to find my way round this forum and I'm unsure which sections to post in for what?? Thanks
