yes it was only for £415 but £415 is still a lot in my books and to get it without a fight and only one letter i am well chuffed

Just to let everyone know Sent first letter 29th Feb have had letter this morning to say monies paid in full back to my Daughters account I am so impressed 1 mth and only 1 letter Chuffed to bits no fight yehhhhhhhhhhh Thankyou Everyone :)

Received Money in full this morning diddnt get around to sending second letter so that is a great result. The first letter sent 29th Feb so has taken just one month very very pleased

I have waited 3 days for a reply unfortunately noone has:( could someone please advise what i do next do I just wait?

Hi I have received this letter back from Barclays today is this a diff letter to what others have had? do I now wait the 4 to 8 weeks has they have asked? letter received below............. sorry stuck again i have put data into spreadsheet but i only need 23 lines I dont seem to be able to delete all the rest?

Hi Again I have now got statements from the bank I have read the site till my mind boggles cannot take in anymore. Am I right in thinking copy and paste? letter 2 (Preliminary approach for payment) into a word doc and change it to meet my daughters needs. It then says to include schedule of charges with the letter. Do I just type them all out with dates etc I thought i had at one point seen a template for this but now cant find it. I feel frustrated already and am only at the beginning stages

I am putting in a claim to Barclays on behalf of my disabled daughter. She first got into problems 3 years ago when she was able to have her disability in her own name. She has constantly gone over drawn incuring £30 charges on each occasion. I Called into the bank last week and asked for her bankstatements cost £5. I received the statements back yesterday. I am going to need a lot of help with this as to be honest I havn't a clue what I am doing.:? So anyone that could help and guide me through this would be greatly apprieciated. Thanks in advance

I would just like to introduce my self to the forum. My name is Lind@ I am putting in a claim to Barclays Bank on behalf of my daughter who has a disability. The problems began 3 years ago when she was able to get her disability money in her own name. She has constantly gone overdrawn costing £30 in bank charges each time.
