Hi Bajillion, do you know if it is ok to lodge a claim for £4250 at a sheriff court?

Hi all, I live in Scotland and I have been on the Scottish Sheriff court website, I see that the upper limit you can claim is £750 I am at the stage where I am going to have to register my claim at a court, however, my claim will be for £4250, can anyone give me the definitive advice how to claim for this ammount in Scotland, I have been searching the site and cant find out what to do!! Any advice greatly appreciated!!
