Hello, Yesterday Abbey took £175 from my account for unpaid direct debits? I am fully aware that i did not have the money in my account to pay for these DDs but surely taking £175 of money i do not have is unfair? By taking this money thaey have drawn on a cheque that has not cleared yet, surely if i cant draw on it they cant either? I am living on benefits. Is there any way i can reclaim my money of have i just lost it by being an irresponsible ****wit? thanks rhiannan xx
