  4. 8hjfofrrE4 I have recently sent the DPA request letter to our friends at Smile. I have received the following text in reply which on first glance is not satisfactory. Firstly they obviously haven't read the letter which clearly stated my exact requirements. Furthermore, statements of my accounts are included as backed by the Durant vs FSA case. Any advice how i should treat this response greatly appreciated. Many Thanks David
