Well I've sent both the prelim letter and the letter before action, and it's been longer than two weeks since the last letter I sent, so I reckon it must be time to take them to court!! Thanks all

Hi all, I've been hearing about lots of success stories with Natwest and Royal Bank of Scotland, but I'm in the process of trying to get a refund from Natwest and they are just not responding to any of my letters. Should I send yet another warning letter or just start court proceedings?

Hello! I'm new to this website, and so am still a little confused about what exactly it is that you can reclaim. I understand about bank charges, but I was wondering if the same is possible with store card charges? I'm a student, and last year I had to pay £270 of charges to clear a card which I'd only actually spent £30 on. As a result, I now have a poor credit rating and am often refused bank accounts etc. Does anybody know if I'm able to reclaim any of that money?
