    Just joined tonight.

     

    What I'm wondering is whether the same laws apply in Ireland as in England i.e

     

    - Can I claim statements for the last 6 years?

     

    - Can I claim back bank charges wrongfully taken?

     

    - Do the same acts still apply?

     

    If you could answer the above I'd be eternally grateful.
