Hi Uk
I have sent 2 requests for a refund, stating that the charges are unlawful etc and have informed them that if they do not refund me then I will be making a claim against them.
I have received correspondence from Stuart Higley basically saying "no chance" & "your responsibility" etc. However I have not sent a schedule of charges with either of these requests and having read the site recently, it appears that I should have done so.
I am unsure whether to re-send my last letter and include the Schedule or write a brief note stating "further to my last letter etc please find attached Schedule of Charge in respect of ......
I would be grateful for any advice on this.
Many thanks

Hello everyone. This is my first post & I just wanted to introduce myself. I have just finished adding up the amount of charges that have been applied to my account over the last 6 years and the total amount comes to £3585.20 !!. I am about to fill in the on-line claim form and will keep the site updated on my progress! I have been able to get this far after reading loads of info and advice on this site so am so glad that this site exists!!
Has anyone WON claiming Contractual Interest ?

Hi there
I'm new to all of this and am confused on the "claiming interest" subject.
I have entered all of my charges onto the Simple spreadsheet and total charges = £3532.20, the 8% interest = £389.30 the combined total being
£3921.50
I am assuming that should i be successful, I will receive the combined total?
Having read the this thread I am aware that this amount can in fact be even more due to the "contractual interest"
This is where i get confused.
Apologies if I appear thick, but I would be soooooooooooooo grateful if someone could explain to me what the difference is and how it is worked out etc...
Many many thanks
J xx
