Just sending off the DP request to my bank - I wondered if it was worth it but doing a rough calculation of statements have already found nearly £700 charges over a 12 month period, so am def going to give it a shot. Concerned that HSBC may deny all responsibility but wont let it put me off. Funny, some people much worse off than me but I still managed to get charged hundreds so for anyone who has exp debt problems, however short-lived, do check those statements, you may be surprised!:o

Just starting out - sustained a few charges from this bank and would like to know more (still reading everything, will proceed carefully as a bit boggling). What kind of charges can be claimed back ...?
