I have 2 accounts with Barclays - a business account and a personal account. Each account is held at a different Branch.

I sent off a preliminary letter to each Branch, claiming approx. £1200 from my business account and £3500 from my private account.

Barclays have replied with an offer - (but they have only put the business account details on the top of the letter) - the offer is for £2075.

Should I be cheeky and accept this amount for the business account but still pursue the £3500 for the private account, or should I accept this as part payment etc. etc.

Hi! - new to this, but can someone help please. Looking back through our statements, Barclays have taken £12 a month for an Account Fee. Can I try and claim this back?
