Is there any way to stop the charges being made before they take them by threatening action via the small claim track?

Hi Welshman,

Im not charging the 8% until they want to do battle in the court room, then ill update the shedule

Started my preliminary letter for a claim against unlawful bank charges to the tune of £2125 plus £46.17 interest charges. A schedule of charges is is made etc etc.

I will wait with some amusment for their reply within 14 days hehe.

Ill keep this post maintained as I receive new information .
