Hey Sarah i'm at exactly the same point as you and still waiting for my micro stuff.. sent off my 3rd and final letter before court proceedings and they will be forced to sent ( I assume) by the court to provide the details..

I'm thinking of resending my original letter recorded asking for my microfiche...

I wondered if anyone had got the `sorry ur unhappy letter`? I sent off the registered letter asking for my microfiche printouts 3 weeks ago and recieved nothing but a letter saying in the next 40 days they would investigate my complaint.. but I did'nt make one I asked for my microfiche printouts.. not sure whether to sit back or reply??!!!
