Trying to claim bank charges from woolwich/barclaycard made a call to request statements dating back 6 years none was sent, but recieved a letter offering 40% "goodwill gesture" with 8 weeks to accept. I'm not satisfied
what do i do now? please helpthanks

Thanks for that.One more question had a Nationwide a/c which is now closed because i defaulted but had years of bank charges can I claim for that?
