Had a very quick response to Prelim (3 days) offering me £38 against a claim for £784 which I declined. Issued LBA but no response within the 14 days so about to file a claim.

Is MoneyClaim as good as any or would you recommend a visit to the courts with the hard copy stuff.

About to start compiling info for claim against RBS. Pretty new to this subject matter, but v interesting.

How likely is it that they will close my account at whatever conclusion?
