Abbey - 19th of each month but if you bank with them - they will backdate your pay to 15th of each month.

Sent "letter 1" to Nationwide claiming my charges in excess of £2500 on 10th March 2007. Got letter back at weekend telling me to go away basically & to close my account if I could not comply with t&C on account - guess this was a pretty standard letter - pity they didn't look into it & they would have seen that I closed my account with them in September 05! Now sent next letter threatening legal action if they don't cough up in 14 days. Watch this space - they already refunded charges before I closed the account - they charged me for card misuse on a card I didn't have! Don't think this would look too good in court! :o
