ask for a copy of the Judgement CCJ and the particulars of claim by Email pdf, there might be a small charge.

 

sometimes they say they dont hold a printable copy of the claimform POC, if this is the case RECORD your call and ask them to readout the exact particulars of claim and also confirm the name/address it was served too.
