I saw Adcb and panicked because i knew i had a credit card with them but was sure i had closed it off. Just looking over the letters again i realise each on is referring to client Adcb Loans.

Also- ive never had a loan with ADCB

i have received 2 letters since from LCS

a DO NOT IGNORE-

Notice of Further Action dated 19/08 and

today dated 29/08 NOTICE OF RE-ASSIGNMENT SETTLEMENT OPPORTUNITY. 

I have not contacted anyone.

They are again pressing for full payment or they will move my case to clients legal team.

I have 14 days to respond.

What should i do?

So what actually happens? And could it impact me?

Lcs for Adcb?

I'm just worried that if i dont do something- that they will take me to court or declare me bankrupt

Oh- do you know of anyone else who has received a letter like mine?

I'd like to think not. Should be getting any legal advice?

I hope so!! I work in financial services and am just worried about what background checks LCS might carrying out on me that night show up...

But i havent been in contact with them

Is there anything in the letter i should be concerned about? I dont have much experience in this!

I honestly cant remember- but ive lived at my current address for the last 5 years so i definately didn't give them this one

It could have only been a credit card. I was sure i cleared it. No, no breakdown- only a scary total 

Hi all, 

I have received a lettter from LCS on behalf of their client ADCB bank to collect full payment of and amount of £16,363!!

This has come as a shock as i left uae in 2011 assuming i had everything settled and closed.

They letter has a tone of urgency in getting  me to contact them to discuss repayment.

They have also informed me that they will be carrying a uk assets investigation on me...

this sounds quite scary, like in being made out to be some sort international criminal/fraudster.

They have told me this will commence 7 in days from the date of the letter 7/8/19 which i recieved 2 days ago.

What should i do??!!
