Thanks for replying. No I don’t have any statements. I know when the loan was paid off as it was secured on my house and had to be paid when I sold the house. I never missed any payments. They have agreed I was Mis sold PPI but I think they are offering me less

I have just had a PPI complaint upheld.

I took a secured loan out for £12000 which jumped up to £15328. I didn’t realise this at the time.

I took the loan out in August 2001 and repaid it May 2004.

They have sent me a letter saying they will repay me £2527.

I do not think this is correct.

Would someone be able to help me.
