I know you said to ignore them but I really would like to request a refund of unfair charges and get my default date changed by Barclaycard.

I first missed payments in July and called them immediately but they kept adding charges until the default date of March when all other creditors defaulted me in October.

How would you suggest navigating this?

Is there a risk to requesting this if it is unenforceable?

Yep, I've had a good read up since, thank you very much for your help.

I will ask someone to check my other agreements too, although they look much more authentic than this barclaycard one.

I didn't think a tick box was needed for post-2007?

I don't see any dates on the t&cs - how do I know that they are from when I opened the account and when the account was closed?

Yes the name and addresses are the same type face as the rest of the page but there are two anomalies.

Page 7 is the address I lived at when I would have taken the credit card, page 15 is a later address of mine. Is that fishy?

Should it not have the date of the agreement, even if they can't provide a signature as it was online?

What would you advise as a response?

It was a Barclaycard taken out in 2012 and I last made a DMP payment in August last year when I went from StepChange to self-managed.

It has taken Link a year to provide this documentation and they still haven't sent me a statement of all my BCard transactions and charges.

Hi all,

I have no idea if the reconstituted agreement I have received from Link Financial is enforceable.

It is a £6k debt with Barclaycard.

Please can somebody advise me how to upload this for somebody to check if it is enforceable?
