I have the same question, I have searched for a thread on reclaiming charges on personal loans and cannot find one.

Yes, a letter dated 20th April 2005, on Company headed paper apologising for the inconvienence that they have caused me, and in the same letter offering trade discount on anything I purchase from them, naming the person I spoke to, and signed by the Customers Service Co-ordinator

They are telling me that I won't get BB at 8megs until April next year. This is a joke, I told them that they have broken contract as they promissed 8megs even though I knew they could only deliver 5megs.

 

I've just fired off a final e-mail to them demanding my MAC number and given them 7 days to reply. I also told them I would be reporting them to OFCOM

I did the speed test they asked me to do and it came back that I was running at 906kbps guess what that is within the 2 meg speeds but no where near the speed they conned me into believing I would get.

 

All I can say is look for another ISP and don't use TT

You need to talk to their customer services (0800 049 7664) it took some time, and don't take nonsense, they have not complied to the contract you signed with them, they are in breach of contract.

I have a smalll problem, I purchsed 2 tyres from National tyres, soon after, I had to return them because bulges appeared on them, I was told to purchase 2 more tyres and they will send the faulty pair back to the manufacturers, my good sense told me to purchase elsewhere,

I bought the replacements from another source,

since then they have misplaced my tyres, and kept my money,

I have made umpteen calls, written to them, the best offer they can give me is (Get this) "A trade discount on anything I purchase from them form now on".

Are they Extracting the urine, or ARE THEY EXTRACTING THE URINE.

This has been going on for 3yrs now, I WANT TO HIT THEM HARD,

Deadlines and threats of legal action have come and gone, they are treating it as a joke.

What can I hit them for? My small claims kit is at hand.

I called them up, although it took several attempts,

I listed the amount of breaches, and informed them in VERY strong terms that I want nothing more to do with them, threatened them with legal action, and Legally they have not got a leg to stand on, (oh and this is the good bit)

They agreed to terminate my contract within 48hrs, which they did, of course I made sure I spoke to some of my relations in various parts of the world over a

2 day period.

The only drawback was my previous provider could not connect me for 14days,

But what the hell, I still have my Skype,and my mobile

I recieved a ticket in March of this year, I refused to pay it ,

Because the charge notice is invalid, as it does not bear, a notice date, as required by law,

Therefore, According to the independent adjudicator this does not conform to the requirements of the Road Traffic Act 1991 66(3)©

Recently I have recieved a demand for £150.00, because I did not respond to 1 of 3 notices,

a notice to owner: a notice of rejection: or an adjudicators decision.

non of these have I ever seen or recieved, am I right in assuming that this is a new ploy to catch people off guard.

I spoke to someone at TfL when I recieved this demand, I told them I had never recieved any of these notices, they told me to wait for the next letter which should arrive in 14 days to appeal against this penalty charge, Is this correct? or am I being reeled in like a fish on a line.

I would like to know if anyone else has suffered this tactic?.

I have been on Incapacity for nearly 5yrs now, my bank has always known of my situation, to cover my charges, they where happy to extented me the privilege of a managed loan,

not once, not twice, but 3 times.

Each time saying "to help tide me over until I get back on my feet".

I now owe £10.000 for a £4.000 loan.

Pray tell me:

Was this the best assistance they could of given to someone in my position.

I am now in remission, I would now like to get my own back.

I signed up with TT in April, They promised me, I will have Broadband by July, (it's on my contract)

Now I have got to understand that I will not recieve BB till Nov 06,

their sales pitch is "sign up and you get free BB for life" , well it's not free if you have to pay someone else for your BB service; for several months,

Do you think, we as comsumers have the right to claim back from TT the charge for BB we incure while they get their S**t together, I am now looking to file for breach of contract, because July is not Nov, and if I cannot use my Skype It is interfering with my Previous communication setup.

Am I right.

1) I would not want them to extend my card limit

2) I would like to recieve any outstanding funds in a cheque form

The Co-op Bank, Lloyds TSB, and the worst liberty taker of all,

Bulldog Communications,taking my line without my permission.
