If they want to tackle obesity they need to focus on calorie in & out, so how to stay active, eat within limits etc etc

Hi,

I signed up for a 14 day free trial, never used it, it ended up renewing to a yearly subscription.

Of course I cancelled PayPal billing agreement beforehand.

On renewal date they sent me an email that they couldn't take money

and that I would only be able to use their service after payment.

I assumed that the fact they couldn't take the 1st payment would mean everything is done and all is good,

turns out it isn't all good.

Month later I get an 'reminder invoice' of the yearly subscription + €5 overdue fine,

I emailed back asking them to cancel.

The rest is of course the same, they email back

saying I still need to pay for this existing year

and they cancel any renewals.

So just ignore?

Did they send letters to your home?

And how does one deal with DCA?

Are overdue fines even legal?
